Al-Hayat reported that there is a new allaince among Tribes in Anbar
governate, Ba’ath party and some resistance fractions to encounter
the so called“Al-Qaide self-claimed State”, among the Iraqi resistance
groups such as (Islamic Army, Almurabitoon, Al-Rashdeen,
and 1920 revolution brigade)

いわゆる『アルカイダの自己主張する国家』と対決する為の新しい連合を
結成したと報道しました。

He also said:
“the resistance will never negotiate with Maliki’s government”
「レジスタンスはマリキの政府とは交渉しない」

Other news, yesterday, about 500 tribe’s chiefs gathered in Kirkuk
openly and declared their loyalty to Saddam Hussein, some leaders of
Ba’ath party participated in the meeting, this is the first time
since the occupation Ba’ath party leader appeared openly in public
別のニュース：昨日、約五百の部族の首長がキルクークに公然と集まり、
サダム・フセインへの忠誠を誓いました。
バース党の指導者も何人か会合い参加しました。

・Abdel Rahman Abu Khulaと名乗る覆面の人物がキルクークで、我々のグループ
(元バアス党員とイスラム軍(the Islamic Army)の指導者達からなる）は米軍と
協議を始めている、イラク政府と会うことはないとAFPに語った。
また、アルカイダとアンサール・スンナは彼らの戦略として爆弾を使用している
が、バアス党員やサッダーム支持者はイラク人を殺害することはないと述べた。
この件についての米軍の報道官からのコメントは直ちにはない。
一方15日に多数のスンニ派部族長が会合を持ち、アルカイダなどイスラム過激派
に対し、抵抗に亀裂を生じさせ、部族のメンバーを攻撃したとして非難した。
